Buiding dynamic applications for your business!

Ever created Excel documents, but wished they did more? Found yourself stuck between an overly simple Microsoft Office system and an expensive, complex business system?

That’s where we can help.

We put the power back into your Microsoft Office application by using VBA. This enables a seamless integration through all your Office products whilst giving you limitless power and functionality to do the things you really want.

Importantly, there is no need for expensive license fees as all our work is done on a low-cost ‘per hour’ basis. All you need is to have the Office product you will be using. It’s that simple!

Cut the hogwash, show me an example!

Yes, we’re using Excel here!

Tas Span P/L commissioned us to take a typical spreadsheet based workbook, and transform it into a dynamic and visual application. The application stores data retrieved from field assessors (see below) who check the condition and serviceability of bridge structures. The program is then able to take the data and predict projected costs and component lifecycles.

Using a mapping function

In this screen shot we are showing how interactive maps can be used in the application. The user can scroll the map, locate a bridge and bring up the bridge details, including a photo. Again, this was developed using Microsoft Office Excel.

Using a GPS function

In a related application using Access, a GPS unit is connected via the USB port. Here, field service personnel can locate bridges based on GPS positioning. Again, the power and versatility of VBA cannot be over-emphasized.
